Megamind Advertising Pvt. Ltd., operating under the brand name “Megamind Studios”, is a full-service creative and digital agency based in India providing professional services in:

• Web Development and Digital Strategy
• Advertising and Communication Consulting

All materials, deliverables, and digital assets created by Megamind are subject to separate contracts or statements of work (“SOWs”) between Megamind and its clients. These Terms apply solely to website visitors, users, and general digital interactions.

3) Use of the Site

You agree to use our Sites only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Sites by any third party.
